myr99.vu Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and myr99.vu ("Platform" or "myr99") governing your use of all services, games, and features provided through the myr99.vu website and related applications.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the myr99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms, as well as any other policies published by myr99 from time to time, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To be eligible to register and use the myr99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Be a legally capable individual able to enter into a binding contract.
• Not included on the platform's self-exclusion list or any recognised gambling exclusion programme.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gaming platforms.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the myr99 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts, with myr99 reserving the right to forfeit all balances and wins held in those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated on a valid identification document.
• Your exact date of birth.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information are your own responsibility.

All deposits into your myr99 account must be made using a valid payment method registered in your own name. myr99 accepts a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, debit/credit cards, and cryptocurrency. • The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Myr99 does not charge any deposit processing fees.
• Deposits received from payment methods under a third party's name will be held until identity verification is completed.
• Myr99 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where relevant compliance requirements apply.

Myr99 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account has completed the full KYC process.
• Any applicable bonus turnover requirements have been met prior to the withdrawal being made.
• Withdrawals must use the same payment method as the deposit, or a method that has been verified by myr99.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for most payment methods.
• Myr99 reserves the right to impose processing time limits depending on the withdrawal amount and KYC compliance level.

Myr99 strives to process all withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. However, in cases where additional review is required — such as for AML compliance purposes — processing times may be longer. The myr99 support team will notify the member if further review is needed.

Myr99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant offer, which can be found on the Promotions.

General conditions applicable to all myr99 bonuses:

• Every bonus has its requirements turnover (wagering requirement) which must be met before any withdrawal related to that bonus can be approved.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• Myr99 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through methods deemed abusive or fraudulent.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation that may result in permanent account termination.
• Myr99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on the myr99 platform are governed by specific rules stated in each game's help section. In general:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a result from being determined will result in the bet being returned to the member.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automation software (bots), or employ any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Wins obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent means will not be paid out and the associated account will be terminated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myr99 platform and may result in immediate account termination and/or legal action:

• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Owning or using more than one account.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools to play or exploit the system.
• Attempting to influence game results through any unauthorized means.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing any other party to access your account.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or to generate profit through means unrelated to gameplay.

The myr99 platform is provided "as is" and myr99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Myr99 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond myr99's control.
• Myr99 is not liable for game outcomes that result in financial losses to members — entertainment gaming carries a risk of loss that every member must understand.
• Myr99's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

Myr99 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to helping members play within healthy limits. The myr99 platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible to all members:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set a maximum limit on the amount you can deposit within a given period.
• Loss limits — set a maximum loss limit within your chosen period.
• Play time limits — limit the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Game Break — a temporary break from the platform for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion — the option to fully self-exclude from the myr99 platform for an extended period.

Continued use of the myr99 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
